Fully welded ball valves, the body is forged, the ball is side-entry, and the middle flange and neck are fully welded. Fully welded ball valves are available in cylindrical full welded structure and spherical full welded valve body structure.
Fully welded ball valve is suitable for various pipelines and used to control the flow of a liquid or gas in the pipeline.
Fully welded ball valve can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, and urea.
Fully welded ball valves are driven by manual, worm gear, pneumatic or electric. Fully welded ball valves generally use butt-welded connections. Material selection is fully customizable to meet customers project specifications.
Product Features
The fully welded ball valve developed and manufactured by TIX has a fully welded structure, a pivot fixed ball design, a rotary valve seat design, an emergency grease seal for the valve stem and the secondary valve seat, an automatic internal relief of the valve cavity pressure, and a double partitioned middle cavity features such as pressure relief.
